Orillia OPP says a search for a missing kayaker ended in tragedy.
At around 3 o’clock yesterday morning, police received a report of a man who had gone kayaking and failed to return to his group’s campsite.
An overturned kayak was found in the water off Upper Big Chute Road in Severn Falls.
The 21-year-old man from Ramara was found deceased by the OPP Underwater Search and Recovery Unit.
