The Province has announced $4 million in funding to help organizations that help seniors in their communities.
Premier Doug Ford says the money will help seniors combat social isolation, improve financial security, promote well being and take part in age-friendly programs.
“We’re providing this additional support because our Seniors deserve nothing less than to live with dignity and respect that they have earned after a lifetime of contributions to their communities,” said Ford.
The money announced today is via the Seniors Community Grant.
Applications will close August 7th.
