A fatal ATV crash is under investigation in Lake of Bays.
The OPP says the initial investigation revealed that an ATV heading westbound on Dickie Lake Road, entered a ditch and collided with a hydro pole on Saturday afternoon.
Police say the single rider, who was not wearing a helmet, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The deceased has been identified as 43-year-old Rolan Totayo of Baysville.
