Barrie businessman Paul Sadlon has been found not guilty of sexual assault.
The 89 year old was charged in connection with an incident in 2019, but the alleged victim’s name was protected by a publication ban.
While making his verdict yesterday, Justice Joe Wilson said that reasonable doubt was the main reason for his decision.
