From just outside Ottawa, Dan Petti spent most of his time playing guitar with his buddies, working on his, as he puts it, hopeless hockey slapshot, and getting turned down by girls. He counts his influences as Brad Paisley, Eric Church, Dean Brody, and Kenny Chesney. Dan gets most of his inspiration from nature and he incorporates driving guitar picking, with lots of banjo, mandolin, and fiddle, to create a modern, yet rootsy, take on today’s Canadian Country music.
